The CookEX Process® technology leverages the advantages of alginate gels (Hybricol) for casing formation and their use in ConPro stuffing/co-extrusion systems (Handtmann), combined with drying and cooking using QDSausage® technology (Metalquimia).
The final result: a fully automated system that integrates stuffing, co-extrusion, pre-drying, and cooking phases into a single accelerated and continuous process for sausage manufacturing.
