New technology QDSBake© for processing Ready-to-Eat products

METALQUIMIA introduces the QDSBake©, the new technology for integral processing plants for Ready-To-Eat and Al-Meat produtcs, that includes cooking, baking and dehydrating by forced air convection, all-in-one. It is based on a continuous moving spiral belt designed to evenly receive the exact amount of air on each level with its own homogenous laminar flow and thermodynamic conditions, delivering an unbeatable result thanks to independent control of the air treatment areas.

QDSBake© technology can be used for developing, cooking and baking Ready-To-Eat products (up to 240ºC), cooking and drying shelf-stable meat snacks, or combining both applications to develop all kinds of new Alt-Protein ALT-PRO products, including ALT-MEAT products and pet food and pet treats.

Lower power requirements, when compared to similar output cooking applications, together with the capacity to dry any kind of product, are some of the differential characteristics of this new technology.
