We are very happy to announce that on April, 20, METALQUIMIA inaugurated a new Machinery Assembly Center in Palol de Revardit, near Girona (Spain), with a space of 5,000 m2. The facilities will be focused on Alt-Protein and Alt-Meat technologies.
The event was chaired by the Vice-President of the Government of Catalonia, Mr. Jordi Puigneró together with the Minister of Research and Universities of the Government of Catalonia Ms. Gemma Geis, the Mayor of Girona Ms. Marta Madrenas , and the Mayor of Palol Mr. Jordi Xargay.
With this third Production Assembly Plant, Metalquimia will be able to respond to the growing demand for machinery and technology for meat processing with a special emphasis on the fields of Alternative Protein and Alternative Meat, where METALQUIMIA has already installed facilities and technology to develop new protein formats which will undoubtedly play a role in the growing global demand for food.
