Mrs. Eva Fernández from METALQUIMIA Technology Department has given two interesting Technology lectures during TECNOFIDTA Show celebration,held in Buenos Aires (Argentina), 19 – 22 September 2006. In the first lecture Mrs. Fernández explained to an impressive group of attendants the latest technologies in cooked ham processing.
In a second lecture, Mrs. Fernández explained to a wide group of South American leading meat processors, the newest trends in ham and marinates processing automation.'
