Ms. Eva Fernández from METALQUIMIA's Technology Department gave an advanced course on meat processing technology at IRTA (AgroFood Research & Technology Institute) facilities. IRTA is the most important Spanish Meat Research Institute and one of the leading players in European Meat Technology Research. The course was conducted at the IRTA Seminar Room and was attended by numerous specialists from the Spanish meat sector.
