The FB-35 Self-Cleaning Automatic Filter represents a true Quantum Leap in filtration technology. It is adaptable to all METALQUIMIA injectors, combining the large surface area and ease of belt filtration with the effectiveness of cartridge filtration. It has been specially designed for filtering all types of brines and marinades with a high content of meat pieces from mechanical deboning and cutting processes. The low amount of brine required and its automatic level control allow for maximum use and minimum waste of the brine, making this filter an “INDISPENSABLE” component of all fresh meats Injection and Marination Plants.
