Metalquimia and IRTA at the BTA Fair

With a joint stand (Pavilions 4-5, stand H4B20-9), IRTA and Metalquimia will participate in BTA (Barcelona from May 15 to 18) inside the expo area Innovation Meeting Point, which will bring together companies of various complementary profiles offering assistance, service and information to companies that want to innovate.

This will be an area providing the visitor with a comprehensive view of technological possibilities, highlighting innovative projects from the machinery and technology sector of the food industry, such as the QDS System (Quick Dry Slice®), the innovative technology for dry-curing sliced meat products that also allows for the production of products with low fat and salt content. At the IRTA-Metalquimia stand, the visitor will be able to find all the information on the characteristics, possibilities and operation of QDS.
