With a joint stand, IRTA and Metalquimia participated in BTA Exhibition (Barcelona from May 15 to 18) inside the expo area Innovation Meeting Point, where they presented the QDS System (Quick Dry Slice®), the innovative technology for dry-curing sliced meat products that allows for the production of traditional products and also products with low fat and salt content.
