French MONIQUE RANOU installs COMPACTA in its Stuffing Lines

French processor MONIQUE RANOU has successfully installed COMPACTA technology in its “Jambon Supérieur” stuffing lines. RANOU has fully relied in METALQUIMIA’s COMPACTA line by acquiring & installing 2 full installations to stuff High Quality meat products with total end-product guarantee. COMPACTA (the integrated automatic whole-muscle stuffing system that couples TWINVAC PLUS + COMPACTA dosing accessory) has provided RANOU an integral cohesion of meat muscles in well-compacted bars with no holes, resulting in high-yield whole muscle “Jambon Supérieur” slicing, without rejects, with an excellent muscle definition and homogeneity in quality and color, thereby configuring a uniform high-productivity automatic line.
